Shipping

Our team is working hard to get your order packed as quickly as possible! It usually takes around 3 business days for an order to be fulfilled. Right now, in 2024, it can take a day or two longer. Youā€™ll receive an email as soon as the orderā€™s been shipped.

Orders

Donā€™t panic! Many orders are shipped in multiple packages. Each of these packages have separate tracking numbers, and they may be delivered at separate times and from different warehouses. Itā€™s easy to find the tracking information for these other items! Check out that initial email letting you know your order was shipped. Click the tracking link, and scroll down on that page to see all associated shipments.

When your order is shipped from the warehouse, you will automatically receive an email from us with tracking information. As soon as you receive this email, that means our warehouse team has packed your order and handed it over to the carrier (normally: Correos, DPD, FedEx). Items typically ship within 3 business days after order placement

There is a very short period within which we can cancel an order, typically 24 hours after an order is placed. If you make a purchase and decide that you want to cancel, please reach out to our team here. In the subject line, please write ā€œORDER #Order No. ā€“ CANCELā€. Weā€™ll do our best to cancel the order before it ships, but we may not always be able to complete this request. Thanks for understanding!

Returns and Refunds

If youā€™d like to return your order, please send a message to our support team to [email protected] with ā€œRETURN REQUEST ā€“ ORDER#ā€ in the subject line. If your order is eligible for return, weā€™ll authorize the return and send instructions for shipping your order back to our warehouse!

We do not offer exchanges, only refunds on returns. If you wish to exchange an item, you may purchase your desired product as a separate order before or after we refund the original returned item.
